What people say about us

Alex is a natural teacher oozing authenticity, you can truly feel his passion for this modality. What I love most is that he’s not trying to be a “guru” like so many others selling courses. His wisdom comes from lived experience, science, and genuine embodiment.
All of his teachings are invitations, not instructions. He encourages you to explore and discover what works best for you and your own nervous system. The conversations he’s shared with authors are so rich and insightful, especially the one with Peter Levine on healing trauma and spiritual growth, which deeply resonated with me as someone passionate about trauma work.
Even though I’ve studied Breathwork for a couple years now, I’m still taking away new insights each week. Whether you’re just starting your Breathwork journey or have been on it for years, this 11-week course will meet you exactly where you are.
You won’t be disappointed. ✌🏼

His use of breathwork and ice baths goes way beyond physical benefits — it’s about emotional release, trauma healing, and deep reconnection with the Self. And that’s exactly what I experienced in the environment he created for us, in which I felt safer than anywhere I had ever been to just be ME.
Through this training, I remembered who I am. It helped me to see myself clearly again, uncover what is blocking my growth, and begin to let it go. It felt like years of therapy in three powerful weeks. I came home stronger and with something to fight for: my Self.
These 21 days of breathwork training have been nothing short of transformative for me. I’ve had the privilege of exploring various healing modalities before, but this experience was truly unlike any other. Through your guidance, I didn’t just learn to breathe — I remembered how to connect with myself in a way I never had before.
I reconnected with my body, my emotions, my thoughts — even the parts of me I once ignored or overlooked. This journey brought me home to myself. It deepened my connection not only to my purpose, but also to my desires, my truth, and to what I genuinely feel about life and about me.
Breath — something we take for granted every moment — took on an entirely new meaning. It became my anchor, my teacher, my bridge to awareness. I realized I had been breathing all my life, but never really known how to breathe. And the day I understood the power of my breath… I began to understand the value of my life.
Since this training, I feel calmer, sharper, and more present. My mind and heart are no longer in conflict — they are now working in harmony. I’ve learned how to balance feeling deeply and thinking clearly. I’ve begun to act with awareness, and I can feel how beautifully that’s shaping my life.
My reactions have softened. I’ve become more loving, more compassionate — especially towards myself. And that, I believe, is one of the greatest gifts any training can offer.
Alex my mentor , a person who doesn’t just teach — he embodies. He holds space with a rare kind of presence that feels safe, honest, and deeply human. He leads without ego, guides without judgment, and listens without filters. With Alex, I didn’t feel the pressure to be more — I felt the permission to be fully myself , just being me .. His authenticity, neutrality, and grounded energy make him not just a coach but a channel through which transformation gently unfolds..a person who’s always there to help you to grow and evolve.
Thank you for holding such a powerful, sacred space. Thank you for your wisdom, your presence, and the depth you bring to your work. This experience will always stay with me…
With deep respect and gratitude,
Love and a big hug

One word - wow. It’s difficult to articulate what happened during our session but I was able to access parts of myself that I’ve never been able to before, not through any therapy or other techniques.
From the start Alex created such an open and relaxed atmosphere, nothing felt forced, he explained how the session would work without pushing any expectation on what I should or should not be feeling.
I was surprised at how quickly I was able to immerse myself in the session, be fully present and let go of a lot of anger, sadness and frustration all through the power of breath. Having done ice baths before it was actually great to learn a technique that was so much more impactful and was a great way to finish the session.
The experience has definitely ignited me to start being serious about incorporating breathwork in to my routine. If I can achieve as much as I did in 3 hours I’ll definitely be looking to do the 3 week course as soon as I can.
If you are looking for a safe and loving space to challenge yourself, learn tools for new daily habits and have a whole lot of fun doing so, Breathingcold is your place 🙂

Thank you, Alex🙏🏼. I’m looking forward to the unwritten chapters of my breath-work, self-discovery and self-love journey.
