I did Alex's training in April 2025 and this course has been the BEST investment I've EVER made in myself. A deep desire to learn more about the power of breathwork and ice baths is was initially drew me to Alex's course, but I came away with more than I could of ever imagined. I could honestly write pages and pages about my experience. The amount of safety and trust I felt in the container Alex created, allowed me to go deep and fully trust the process. I learnt so much about myself and my triggers and received tools and lessons that I know will ripple out into the rest of my life. This course is magic. It gave me permission to drop my mask, allow myself to be fully seen in all my vulnerability and doing all this within a community of others also doing the same was so SO powerful for me. Iāve been absolutely loving Alexās 11-week online course. The videos, filmed with the gentle sounds and scenery of Bali behind him, instantly calm my nervous system and create a peaceful space to learn and reflect.

I didnāt join this training to become a breathwork & ice bath facilitator, that was just a bonus. I came because I was stuck in fear, buried under years of pain, and completely disconnected from who I really was. Something about Alex's approach called me in and gave me hope.
His use of breathwork and ice baths goes way beyond physical benefits ā itās about emotional release, trauma healing, and deep reconnection with the Self. And thatās exactly what I experienced in the environment he created for us, in which I felt safer than anywhere I had ever been to just be ME.
Through this training, I remembered who I am. It helped me to see myself clearly again, uncover what is blocking my growth, and begin to let it go. It felt like years of therapy in three powerful weeks. I came home stronger and with something to fight for: my Self.

Iāve had the privilege of exploring various healing modalities before, but this experience was truly unlike any other. Through your guidance, I didnāt just learn to breathe ā I remembered how to connect with myself in a way I never had before.
I reconnected with my body, my emotions, my thoughts ā even the parts of me I once ignored or overlooked. This journey brought me home to myself. It deepened my connection not only to my purpose, but also to my desires, my truth, and to what I genuinely feel about life and about me.
Breath ā something we take for granted every moment ā took on an entirely new meaning. It became my anchor, my teacher, my bridge to awareness. I realized I had been breathing all my life, but never really known how to breathe. And the day I understood the power of my breath⦠I began to understand the value of my life.
Since this training, I feel calmer, sharper, and more present. My mind and heart are no longer in conflict ā they are now working in harmony. Iāve learned how to balance feeling deeply and thinking clearly. Iāve begun to act with awareness, and I can feel how beautifully thatās shaping my life.

Iāll be honest - I was skeptical about how much breathwork can work in general, never mind in just 3 hours, but equally I was intrigued given all the hype around it so I contacted Alex for a session when I was travelling to Bali.
One word - wow. Itās difficult to articulate what happened during our session but I was able to access parts of myself that Iāve never been able to before, not through any therapy or other techniques.
From the start Alex created such an open and relaxed atmosphere, nothing felt forced, he explained how the session would work without pushing any expectation on what I should or should not be feeling.
I was surprised at how quickly I was able to immerse myself in the session, be fully present and let go of a lot of anger, sadness and frustration all through the power of breath. Having done ice baths before it was actually great to learn a technique that was so much more impactful and was a great way to finish the session.
The experience has definitely ignited me to start being serious about incorporating breathwork in to my routine. If I can achieve as much as I did in 3 hours Iāll definitely be looking to do the 3 week course as soon as I can.

I absolutely loved the 2-day workshop with Alex. It's truly incredible how much can shift in terms of mindset during such a short time with right support. The biggest gift for me was being able to let go of my resistance (ice) and need for control (breathwork).

What a beautiful gift. Alex didnāt just teach me the about philosophies, theories and benefits of breathwork and ice baths. He didnāt just show me breathwork and ice bath techniques. Alex guided me to reconnect with my most-true self. His teachings showed me how beautifully posssible it is to be my own healer; That living my best life and being my best self are much more attainable and realistic than I could have imagined. Alex doesnāt teach us how to change. He helps us become ourselves. And he does this with humbleness, fun and a nourishing touch of silliness here and there. Most importantly, he does this with joy. His love for his life, his pupils and the journey of breath-work and ice baths are evidenced by the joy with which he conducts himself.

I attended the 21-day Breathwork Facilitator Training with Breathing Cold, and it was an experience Iāll never forget. It was so much more than just a training ā it helped me connect deeply with myself and learn how to live more fully. The space felt really safe and supportive throughout. I had a truly transformative two-day experience. The kind of weekend I wish I could give myself every year. Revisiting the fundamentals of breathwork and discovering the benefits of ice baths was powerful. I explored new practices for connecting with my emotions and with others. Sharing all of this in a group setting made it even more meaningful. I reconnected with what really matters. I allowed myself to let go, to forgive, and to end the weekend feeling light and ready to shine. Thanks you Alex
