Breathwork, Cacao Ceremony, Authentic Relating, Ice Bath

Hi , my name is Carson, I am currently running Breathwork circles & ceremonies at several locations in the East Kent region of the United Kingdom. They currently include Breathwork with Cacao Ceremonies, Online and a Breath and Ice workshop. I’m always experimenting in how this modality can best support people on their journey to wellness and purpose and always interested in collaborating with others across the UK and beyond.
